Shop Kit Organization
Zuca Sport Artist Bag
This is the bag I started out with. The school I went to provided this with their kit. It is extremely durable and will probably last you a lifetime. This type of bag works best if you use zip pouches to organize your kit. If you like to use one of the travel makeup cases, you won't be able to fit that in here.

Calpak Carry-on Suitcase
This is the bag I currently use for my kit. I really like this carry-on suitcase. It is extremely durable plus I can fit my whole makeup kit and part of my hair kit in here. If you are someone who uses a makeup travel case, this suitcase is a perfect option for storing your kit.
I purchased a luggage set from Calpak on Nordstrom rack. I would definitely recommend looking at sites like that for a good deal, but you can also shop directly through Calpak.
Zuca Artist Backpack
I highly recommend having some sort of backpack as a part of your kit equipment. I like to have a carry-on-size suitcase and a backpack for extra supplies. It makes it easier for me to navigate the city that way. This is also great for jobs where you can really condense the supplies you need and just take a backpack.

The packing cubes are great to have on hand. They are lined with plastic so if any spillage happens they are easy to clean. This is a great way to pack and store items in your kit. These pouches are also available in different sizes.

Relavel Large Makeup Case
I would say a majority of makeup artists use these travel cases, and I am one of them. An artist friend of mine was using this and thoroughly influenced my purchase. Not only can you keep everything in this case super organized, but it takes only a few minutes to set up and pack up. I am all about efficiency and this makes it happen.

A clear set bag is essential for any makeup artist and hair stylist on set. I always kept a smaller size hand, because that's what I like. You can shop for different size set bags depending on what you need.

10ml Plastic Dropper Bottles
These dropper bottles are extremely tiny. They are 10ml in size. I use these to downsize my Glossier Skin Tint and liquid highlighters. It works out well because I usually don't reach for these a ton and you get several uses before having to refill.

30ml Plastic Squeeze Bottles
These bottles are perfect for your liquid products. I keep all of my foundations in these bottles. I store them top-side up, you can put a label on the top and easily see all the shades. I also keep my loose powder in these and I can easily just squeeze a small amount out on my palette.

Clear 5 Divider Tackle Box
These containers are sold in a 2-pack and are perfect for all your disposable tools and lashes. I have one box dedicated to q-tips, mascara wands, lip wands, etc.. In the other box, I put all my lashes in and it saves so much space. I do have to trim the lash packing down a bit to fit them in there but it works extremely well.

Clear Plastic Palette
I discovered these thin plastic containers on Artist Arsenal during the Pandemic. This is definitely more DIY but works well in a kit for customized storage. I mostly use this for putting small sample-size containers in to store my cream products, I can fit 11 containers in one palette.

If you decide to take the customized palette route, you are going to need some magnetic sticker sheets to put inside them. You can use double-sided tape to secure your pans in as well.

0.05g Plastic Sample Container
These are small plastic sample containers. I use these in my kit to store cream products that dry out easily. These aren't necessarily airtight, but they seal enough to keep the product from drying out. I store makeup such as paint pots, gel eyeliner, dip brow, lipsticks, etc. I use double-sided tape or a magnet to store them in a palette.

Artist Arensel Press Collection for Kitpak
The Artist Arsenal is on my favorite Instagram accounts for pro artist. They truly are doing the most by creating these 3D printed molds. These molds specifically work with the Kitpak organization system. It is so hard to repress powder makeup and these make it so easy. If you are thinking about repressing anything, just do your self a favor and invest in all the products to make it happen. It is so worth it.

If you are repressing makeup in your kit, this is an absolute must, with no exceptions. This is a makeup binding solution that you use to repress powder makeup. They even sell a whole makeup repair kit as well. Highly recommend checking out this brand, it really helped me downsize my kit further.

A label maker is a must-have for kit organization. Everything is labeled in my kit, so I can easily see what everything is. This is key to making your kit efficient as possible.
